The CEO of Irys is the first woman guest on the No Exclusions podcast and I could not be happier. Hopefully it starts a trend. We talk, of course about her AMS company, but also about her love of reading and learning — maybe driven by a little ADHD and workaholism, women as problem-solvers and leaders, the delicate AI-human balance, and Margo and I settle once and for all the correct spelling of insurtech.
