Graeme Newman, chief innovation officer at CFC Underwriting, a cyber liability specialist in London, believes it's best to keep conversations with clients about cyber simple. Newman was at the PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society) Conference in San Diego, Calif., in early November and he spoke with Insurance Journal and offered some tips on talking to businesses about cyber.
