Burns & Wilcox Chairman, President and CEO Alan Kaufman spoke with Insurance Journal's Elizabeth Blosfield about the insurance industry's talent shortage and what he sees as some of the main contributing factors. As many college graduates aren't exposed to the insurance world, he stated that he sees this as a growing problem at all levels of the industry. Kaufman was speaking at the 2018 WSIA Annual Marketplace held in Atlanta.
