CSAA Insurance Group CFO Paul McCaffrey spoke with Insurance Journal's Elizabeth Blosfield about his best advice for insurers to succeed in adapting to the many changes impacting the industry. He encouraged the industry to embrace change and not run from it as things like the talent gap, insurtech and the sharing economy continue to disrupt how the industry traditionally operates. McCaffrey was a panelist at the Insurance Information Institute's 2018 P/C Joint Industry Forum, held January 16 at New York City's Marriott Marquis.
