With the Trump Administration's much-talked about infrastructure plan still being hashed out and a new transportation secretary in place, there are no doubt many questions on the minds of developers of self-driving cars and the insurance community where it concerns autonomous vehicles. Hilary Rowen, a partner in the San Francisco office of Sedgwick LLP, whose practice is dedicated to insurance regulatory issues, spoke with Insurance Journal's Don Jergler about what all these new developments may mean.
