John Barbagallo, commercial lines group president at Progressive Insurance Group, became the latest chair of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America during its annual meeting in Dallas in late October. He replaced outgoing chairman Jim Wallace, the chairman, president and CEO of GuideOne Insurance. Both men sat down with Carrier Management Editor Mark Hollmer to talk about the transition.
