In October, Hamilton U.S. Holdings acquired two U.S. shell companies--one admitted and one nonadmitted. What will the U.S. operating platform, Hamilton USA write in the two companies? The first move will be into a segment where names like Travelers and Hartford spring to mind but where, according to Hamilton USA CEO Conan Ward, no one carrier commands more than 5% of the market.
